In the duration of my over a decade-long practice in the field of immigration and asylum law in the Czech Republic, I have helped hundreds of my clients successfully resolve their visa, residence permit and other immigration issues, assisting them even in situations that had initially seemed hopeless. I have overturned numerous unlawfully rejecting decisions of the Czech Ministry of the Interior and Foreign Police to vindicate the rights and legitimate claims of my clients.

Owing to my extensive experience in the fields of both foreign and criminal law, I am a well-suited attorney for foreigners who are being prosecuted in the Czech Republic or who, conversely, have become victims of a crime here. The branches of Czech alien and criminal law are intricately intertwined, and the strategies that would be best for a Czech citizen during a criminal proceeding may not be ideal or even suitable for a foreigner whose permit to stay in the Czech Republic is at stake.
